On the day itself, transport is either invisible or it is the problem everyone remembers. We plan the whole movement of your guests in advance (routes, timings, vehicle numbers, contingencies) and put a coordinator on the ground so that nobody in your party has to think about it.

Within 24 hours you receive a transport plan: vehicle types, quantities, timings and a fixed price.

A deposit secures the date and the fleet. Peak Saturdays go early, so this matters.

Pre-event briefing
We walk the routes and timings with you and your venue in the week before, and brief every driver.

On the day
A Marassa Sky Tours coordinator is on site managing the fleet, with a contingency vehicle held in reserve.

What people ask most often about events & weddings.
How far ahead should we book wedding transport?
Four to six weeks is the minimum we would recommend. For high-season weddings in late spring and summer, particularly Saturdays, book two to three months ahead to secure the fleet you want.
Is decoration included?
Basic decoration of the bridal car is included in our wedding packages. More elaborate work matched to your florist and theme is available and quoted on request.
Can you provide several vehicles for a large wedding?
Yes. We routinely run 2 to 10 vehicles simultaneously, coordinated centrally so that arrivals are staggered properly rather than everyone landing at the venue at once.
Do you cover venues outside the main cities?
We do. Rural venues, palace weddings and estates outside city limits are all within scope. They simply need more planning around guest collection points, which is exactly what the pre-event briefing is for.
What happens if a vehicle has a problem on the day?
We hold a reserve vehicle for every event and our coordinator is on site to redeploy it immediately. Contingency planning is part of the standard service, not an extra.
