How it differs from a transfer
A transfer takes you on one defined journey and ends. With chauffeur hire the vehicle stays with you: the driver waits, takes you to your next stop whenever you are ready, and remains available until your booking ends. You are not paying per trip or per kilometre. You are reserving the car and the driver's time.

Is there a mileage limit?
Within the city and its surroundings, no. If your day involves a long intercity leg, such as Casablanca to Marrakech and back, tell us in advance so we can quote correctly, as that is priced differently.
What if we run over the booked hours?
Extra time is charged at an hourly rate agreed up front, so you always know what an overrun costs. Where the driver's schedule allows, we simply extend on the day.
Do we pay for the driver's meals and parking?
No. Fuel, tolls, parking and the driver's own expenses are all inside the quoted rate. There is nothing extra to settle at the end unless you have gone over the booked hours.
Can we keep the same driver for a whole week?
Yes, and we recommend it. A driver who already knows your schedule and preferences makes the week noticeably easier.
Can the driver collect guests or deliver documents without us?
Yes. During your booking the vehicle is yours to direct, so airport runs for colleagues and errands across town are perfectly normal requests.
